OUR STORY
Mudgee locals Loretta, Robert and their son Tudor purchased Complete Weld Australia in November 2018 from the original owners; two brothers who built the business from their workshop on their family property near Mudgee to what it is today. Complete Weld Australia remains a family owned and operated metal fabrication business.
Tudor completed his metal fabrication apprenticeship in 2008 at Complete Weld Australia with the original owners. During his apprenticeship, attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship were highly valued and that is the standard Tudor is committed to producing today. He continued to work with them for another 10 years, eventually taking the opportunity to purchase Complete Weld Australia in partnership with his parents.
Due to his long association with Complete Weld Australia, the metal fabrication industry and being a Mudgee local, Tudor has an extensive knowledge of industry practises and enjoys a great rapport with the customers. Along with managing the workshop, Tudor now passes on his knowledge of metal fabrication, mentoring the apprentices through every stage of engineering and fabrication of their renowned products.
Robert and Loretta have a comprehensive business background having been self-employed for many years operating their family business together. Here at Complete Weld Australia, Loretta manages the office and customer enquiries while Robert supports the business as the Workshop Assistant. The combination of Loretta and Robert’s business experience with Tudor’s hands on manufacturing experience and excellent customer service ensures the success of Complete Weld Australia into the future.
